Return Policy

Online purchases are valid for exchange or refund within 30 days from the fulfillment date.  
We only accept returns that were purchased via our website 'theskiesareblue.com'. Any orders placed from other retailers will not be eligible for return or exchanges.
Any returned items that show signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage, and/or missing tags will be refused. 
All returns using our prepaid USPS return labels and QR code will incur a $5.95 fee, which will be deducted from your total refund. We provide free labels and QR codes for exchanges within 30 days.
We offer printer-less returns in the form of USPS QR code. For QR code, please bring your return package and present the QR code at your nearest USPS location to be dropped off. 
Returns are processed within 5-7 business days upon receipt of the package. Once the return has been approved, an exchange or refund will be issued. Please note, refunds may take up to 2-10 business days to post back into your account.
FINAL SALE POLICY: All items marked FINAL SALE/CLEARANCE cannot be exchanged or returned at any time and will be refused. 
EXCHANGES: You can initiate an item for exchange directly in our returns portal. We provide free return labels and QR codes for all exchanges within 30 days. The process for an exchange is fulfilled in our Returns Portal linked HERE.
