SHIPPING PROTECTION by NAVIDIUM
SKIES ARE BLUE offers Navidium Shipping Protection on all online orders for a small fee. In your cart, you can add or remove Shipping Protection. If you choose to not obtain Shipping Protection, your order will not be covered from loss, theft or damages. While we sympathize for these unfortunate events, we are not responsible for these occurrences - it is the carrier or porch pirate who are responsible and we cannot replace it for free.
For orders with Navidium Shipping Protection applied, please contact us at [email protected]  to file a claim on your lost, stolen or damaged package. Prior to submitting a claim, allow 72 hours to pass from last checkpoint for any non-expedited shipments as there may be delays with carriers.
SKIES ARE BLUE is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages on orders where the customer opted out of Shipping Protection for packages reported lost or stolen outside of the coverage timeline offered which is 30 days from the last checkpoint.

At checkout, you will be able to select your desired shipping method to fit your needs.

*Orders marked Express or Overnight will ship same day if received before 2 pm PST Monday through Friday. If an Express or Overnight is received after 2 pm PST, your order will ship the next business day.


We currently ship to all U.S. territories. Orders shipped to Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii and PO boxes are sent via First-Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail. Unfortunately, we cannot offer express shipping for these locations.
At this time, we do not offer International Shipping which includes Canada.
Once shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking number. Orders may be split across multiple shipments and may not ship all on the same day; should this apply to your order, you will receive a notification via email.
Kindly note, processing times may vary and increase during promotional periods when there is higher volume of orders.
CANCELLATIONS 
As soon as we receive your order, we immediately start working on it right away. We are unable to guarantee cancellations after orders have been confirmed. Processing fees such as credit card fees will not be refunded on cancellations. Please review your order carefully prior to check out. 

 

PREORDERS: When do they ship? How are preorders processed?
Preorder is charged immediately at checkout - not when the item ships
If you order a preorder item with an instock item, you will only be charged for shipping once. You will not be charged again once your preorder has shipped
Preorder items are not eligible for express shipping and will ship ground with tracking. For returns on preorders, you have 30 days from the day the order has shipped. We will communicate updates on shipping dates for preorders on the product page.
